Terms of Service
The rules for using ReachPlane scans, integrations, automation and agent-facing surfaces.
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Service
ReachPlane audits how automated agents access and understand websites, generates agent-ready assets, and can deploy approved changes through connected providers. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and integration.
Authority
You must own or be authorized to test and modify every website, account and integration connected to ReachPlane. You may not use ReachPlane to bypass access controls, scan third parties without permission, or perform unlawful surveillance.
Automation and approval
Autopilot operates only within the policy selected by an authorized user. Green changes may run automatically; higher-risk changes may require canary validation or explicit approval. Emergency pause and rollback controls remain available.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials and prompt reporting of suspected compromise. ReachPlane may suspend access to protect customers or the platform.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material service or policy changes will be communicated through the product or account email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable losses and the fees paid for the affected service period. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
Termination
You may cancel through self-service controls. ReachPlane may terminate for material breach, unlawful use or security risk, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
